Who we are

Sellwright Hub is operated by Guangzhou Ruida Mingdao Commercial Trade Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Guangzhou, China. Information we collect

Workspace account information. When you are invited to the Service, we collect the name, business email address and company name of each person who uses the workspace, together with sign-in records.

Technical information. We keep server and security logs, including IP address, browser type, time of access and the actions performed, to operate and secure the Service.

What we do not collect. We do not request access to Amazon buyers' personally identifiable information, such as names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. We never ask for your Seller Central password, and we do not collect payment card or bank account details.

How we use information

  • To provide the features of the Service to the seller who authorized the data.
  • To keep the Service secure, including detecting and investigating unauthorized access.
  • To respond to support requests and send service notices, such as changes to this policy.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell any information, use it for advertising, build profiles of Amazon buyers, or combine one seller's data with another seller's data. We use Amazon data only as permitted by Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

How we store and protect information

  • The Service is hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
  • All connections use TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored data, including Amazon access tokens, is encrypted at rest with AES-256. Access tokens are never displayed in the interface or written to logs.
  • Signing in to the workspace requires multi-factor authentication. Each user can access only the stores they are authorized to see, and administrative access is limited to the staff who operate the Service.
  • We log access to the Service, review security alerts, and apply security updates promptly.
  • We maintain an incident response plan. If a security incident affects Amazon data, we notify Amazon within 24 hours of detection and notify affected sellers without undue delay.

How we share information

We share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and stores data on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal requirements. When required by applicable law or a valid legal order. Where permitted, we tell the affected seller first.
  • With your instruction. When you explicitly ask us to share specific data with someone else.

If we add a new service provider that processes Amazon data, we will update this policy before doing so.

How long we keep information and how we delete it

  • Amazon seller account data is kept only while the store's authorization is active and is needed to provide the Service.
  • When a store removes its authorization, closes its workspace access or asks us to delete its data, we delete that store's Amazon data and access tokens within 30 days.
  • Security and access logs are kept for up to 90 days, unless needed longer to investigate an incident.
  • Workspace account information is deleted within 30 days after the account is closed.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you or your store, and you can withdraw Amazon authorization at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps. Send requests to support@sellwrighthub.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Where information is processed

Cloudflare operates data centers in many countries, so information may be processed outside your own country. We apply the protections described in this policy wherever information is processed, and we comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. For significant changes, we will also notify workspace users by email before the changes take effect.
